At M & M Demolition, we understand that demolition is a delicate process. That’s why we take the time to listen to our clients and tailor our services to their specific needs. We begin with a comprehensive free quote, considering the size and scope of the job. We then discuss the quote with our clients, making sure to answer any questions they may have. We’re also happy to amend the quote if necessary. Once both parties are satisfied, we’ll draw up a contract that includes our terms and an approximate timeframe for completion.

Once the demolition quotes are approved, we will issue an invoice for the work. We will also arrange for any necessary SafeWork NSW Notifications. We will then complete a demolition plan, neighbour notifications, and SWMS. At this point, we will request a 20% deposit to confirm the commencement date. Once the deposit is received, we will begin demolition work as scheduled.

Notifications are sent out to neighbours at least five business days prior to commencement.

A day or two prior to the event, we will set up temporary fencing and complete signage. This will help to ensure that the event goes smoothly and that everyone is aware of the event’s boundaries. The fencing will also help to keep people safe during the event.

Demolition begins. You are kept up to date with the progress.

Completion and handover are done when the scope of work is complete. A Full inspection of the site is conducted, and an Asbestos Clearance inspection is done

Any necessary certificates are sent to you via email upon completion.
